The Akanksha Foundation
The Akanksha Foundation, a non-profit NGO was started in 1991 with a simple idea -
To deliver a high quality education to each child, no matter his or her background. Since 1991, Akanksha has grown from an organisation of student volunteers to a professional institution with over 700 staff, teachers and volunteers with a mission to provide educational opportunities to less privileged children.

It all started with the kids doodling their future teachers!
Teacher's Wanted
A campaign designed by the kids for the kids. The kids drew sketches of their teachers, they would imagine as their math, science, english teacher and so on. These illustrations were then taken and rendered, cut out and a 3D element was added to make it more fun! A simple campaign that persuaded many new teachers to join the Akanksha family.
The same campaign design was further extended to speak about about other openings at Akanksha.
